Not sure how to create or manipulate a particular media type? A good port of call is OurMedia's Learning Centre which has lots of how-to guides for audio, video and image manipulation. For video production, Blip TV's Learning Centre is also pretty good.
For image manipulation and photoshop, there are some good Photoshop Tutorial on Stock.xhng; you might fancy developing your drawing skills in photoshop by following these great instructions and drawing a glass of beer , or a shiny pencil, or looking at some of the other amazing tutorials on PSDTuts.
